IMPORTANT: DO NOT upload, paste, photograph, record, store, transmit, or send ITAR-controlled technical data, drawings, files, images, specifications, or any other ITAR-controlled content into this application or to its AI assistant. This application is not authorized for ITAR-controlled data. If you are unsure whether information is ITAR-controlled, stop and contact your plant export compliance officer before uploading or sending it.

What this service is not authorized for

Smart Uptime Pro and its AI assistant are not authorized for ITAR-controlled technical data, or for EAR-controlled technology that requires an export license.

What not to upload

Do not upload drawings, specifications, or controlled files to Smart Uptime Pro, and do not paste them into the AI assistant.

Who processes your data

AI requests are processed by a third-party AI provider (xAI). Application data is hosted by cloud providers (Netlify and a managed Postgres database provider).

Before you upload

If you are not sure whether information is controlled, stop and ask your export compliance officer before uploading it.
