Smart Uptime Pro is a maintenance software service provided as a subscription. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Plan: plant tiers from $99/mo (Shop) after a 7-day free trial (when billing is enabled). The base plan does not include AI. Optional AI credit may be purchased at face value (minimum $10; also $20 / $30 / custom) with no markup. Unused AI balance rolls over every 30 days.
Service is provided “as is.” Smart Uptime Pro supports maintenance workflows; it does not by itself certify ISO, OSHA, or export compliance.
You are responsible for user accounts, not sharing logins, and ensuring no ITAR-controlled data is submitted to the AI or file uploads.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
