Who we are: Smart Uptime Pro is a product of GAIA, LLC (Florida). Contact: help@smartuptimepro.com.

We collect account data (name, email, role), maintenance records (Equipment Cards, Service Tickets / PM Work Orders, plans), manuals you upload, and AI usage metrics needed to run the service and meter AI credit.

These service providers process data so we can run the service:

• Netlify — application hosting
• A managed Postgres database provider — data storage
• xAI — only when you use the AI assistant
• Stripe — payments
• Resend — transactional email
• Telegram — messages sent from the contact form on smartuptimepro.com

We do not sell personal data.

The public site smartuptimepro.com counts taps on Start free trial and Log in, and counts when the contact form is sent. That count does not use a cookie and does not store a name.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting your plant administrator or support.

GDPR / EU factories

• Export (portability): an Administrator can request an export of the plant's records by writing to help@smartuptimepro.com. Exports exclude passwords.
• Deletion: an Administrator can request deletion of the plant account by writing to help@smartuptimepro.com.
• Data residency: Contact us for EU-region deployments.

ITAR: Do not upload or send ITAR-controlled technical data into Smart Uptime Pro or its AI. See our Export / ITAR notice.

Cookies: only the cookies the app needs to work — sup_session (keeps you signed in), sup_role (your role) and sup_spend (purchase limits). Your browser also keeps your language, theme and display settings on your device.
